Micro Thongs
The micro thong, as the name would suggest, is the smallest possible choice of underwear available to women in the UK today. The micro thong takes the points that have made thongs in general so popular – reduction of tanlines, reduction of visible panty line and ease of storage due to their small size – and takes it to the absolute extreme. While it may seem, on first inspection of the style, that the micro thong is a garment purely for the man in your life, you may will find that wearing one on specific occasions will unleash the vixen in you and thrill your inner bad side as much as it does your partner’s desire.
The conventional thong consists of a triangle of material which covers the wearer’s pubic bone, which is connected to a strip of fabric (which is wide for normal thongs and very thin for ’string’ thongs) which runs between the legs and in between the buttocks, then being secured by waist ties or sewed joins. The micro thong takes all of this, but reduces the size of the material covering the pubic bone. Sometimes it is just reduced to a smaller triangle of material, but in extreme cases it replaces the material entirely with just a string. It is a favourite of those in the sex industry as it reveals so much of a woman while still giving the impression of underwear being worn, though the underwear itself serves no purpose whatsoever but an ornamental one. This is showcased by the fact that, in most cases, the micro thong is decorated with diamante; it isn’t practical, but it’s certainly a very sexy lingerie.
The micro thong is astonishingly impractical and most women find it very uncomfortable, both in terms of how it feels against the skin and how revealing it is. However, there are some circumstances – I will leave it to your imagination to come up with them! - in which revealing as close to everything as possible while still technically wearing a garment is ideal, and for this reason a micro thong should not be restricted to women working in the sex industry, but should be allowed to find a place in the wardrobe of any woman with an experimental, untamed streak.
There is no doubt that wearing a micro thong is going to increase your feeling of sexuality and allows a little indulgence with your wilder side. No one, not even manufacturer’s of micro thongs, are expecting women to wear these as every day underwear – they are simply too impractical.
